Why am I being charged $20?

We offer four tiers of pricing:

• 1 REPORT: $1.00 ONE-TIME CHARGE. LIMIT ONE PER CUSTOMER.
• 60 REPORTS FOR $60, BILLED FOR 3 MONTHS AT $20 PER MONTH.
• 240 REPORTS FOR $240, BILLED FOR 12 MONTHS AT $20 PER MONTH.

Can I get a refund?

Is this a one-time charge or recurring?

If you are on the 60 report volume discount plan, you will be billed $20 per month for 3 months. If you are on the 240 report volume discount plan, you will be billed $20 per month for 12 months.

What is included in the $20 property report?

The report includes essential information such as property ownership history, tax assessments, mortgage records, legal claims, and more, depending on the availability of data. we strive to provide a comprehensive overview of the property.
